Delete your Isenly account

From the app

1. Open Isenly and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
3. Review what will be deleted and confirm.

The deletion happens right away. If you own a space you share with other people, the app will ask who to hand it over to before going ahead.

Without access to the app

Email js.tl.2803@proton.me from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll check that you’re the account holder and delete it within 30 days at most.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your profile, your personal spaces and their transactions, categories, budgets, goals, attachments and receipt images.
• Anonymised: transactions that affect other people’s balances in a shared space, so their bookkeeping doesn’t break. They’re no longer linked to you.
• Backups: overwritten within 90 days at most.
